SCROLLS OVERHAUL Update 4.3

Added new scroll crafting and rerolling recipes. Also increased scroll power, fixed non-working effects and added new scroll effects


Now you can reroll the scrolls to get a new effect
Any scroll + Kato Elixir = new scroll of the same tier



Any scroll + Any scroll = new scroll of the same tier



Kato Elixir can be used as a substitute for creating higher tier scrolls.
scroll tier 1 + scroll tier 1 + Kato Elixir + old ring = scroll tier2


Increased strength of most scrolls (for example Scroll tier 3 "Add bonus life any armor" now add 25-70 health)


There are also new effects that did not appear before due to a bug, (add a socket to your equipment)


Scrolls now drop from common mobs!

Added new recipes to the recipe book
fixed incorrect scroll recipes
